LaserInk Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

By signing up for the LaserInk Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”).
This Agreement is between LaserInk (“we,” “us,” “our”) and you, the affiliate (“you,” “your,” “Affiliate”).
Participation in the Program indicates your full acceptance of these terms.

2. Enrollment

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for any reason, including if your content is inconsistent with our brand image or violates applicable laws.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• You agree to promote LaserInk products in a truthful and professional manner.

• All promotions must comply with FTC guidelines, including clear disclosure that you earn a commission from sales.

• You may not engage in spam, false advertising, or misleading promotions.

• You may only use LaserInk’s logos, product images, and assets provided through our official channels.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate links are placed and functioning correctly

     Requirements 

• Promotion Commitment – tag and link LaserInk in all brand-related videos. Include our Instagram and website, along with any discount codes or product links, in your posts, reels, and stories.

• Brand Alignment – Maintain a professional image that reflects well on the brand.

• Video Release – By participating, you grant LaserInk the rights to use any brand-related videos for social media, marketing, and advertising purposes.

• All complimentary or gifted products must be featured in a post within 30 days of receiving them. This includes any items provided for promotion, collaboration, or review purposes. Failure to post within the required timeframe may affect future collaborations or eligibility for additional products.

4. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Once approved, you’ll receive a unique affiliate link or discount code to track your referrals.
Commissions are only credited when a purchase is made directly through your assigned link or code.
We are not responsible for sales not properly tracked due to ad blockers, user behavior, or other technical issues beyond our control.

5. Commissions & Payouts

• The commission rate (will be on welcome letter) on all qualifying sales made through your affiliate code.

• Commissions are calculated based on the product subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, or discounts.

• Payouts are made monthly via Venmo once your balance reaches $50 USD or more.

• Orders that are canceled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent are not eligible for commission.

• LaserInk reserves the right to adjust or withhold commissions in cases of policy violations or suspected fraud.

6. Term & Termination

This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party.
You or LaserInk may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice.
Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links, codes, and references to LaserInk.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Use paid search ads (Google, Meta, etc.) that bid on “LaserInk” or any similar variations.

• Misrepresent LaserInk or make unverified product claims.

• Offer unauthorized discounts, coupon codes, or promotions.

• Create websites, social media accounts, or ads appearing to represent LaserInk directly.

Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Intellectual Property

LaserInk retains full ownership of all brand assets, product images, logos, and creative materials.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting LaserInk as part of this Program.

9. Limitation of Liability

LaserInk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in this Program.
We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Program or any products sold.

10. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
All changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation after such updates constitutes your acceptance.

11. Independent Contractor Relationship

You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of LaserInk.
You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to your commissions.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
