LaserInk Return & Exchange Policy

Applies to: All purchases made through www.laser-ink.com

No Returns or Refunds

 

All sales are final. LaserInk does not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than a defective or damaged product upon delivery.
Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactlaserink@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Once verified, we will provide an exchange for the same product or a replacement unit at no additional cost.

Exchanges are available only for the same model and color originally purchased.
Defective products may need to be returned before a replacement is shipped.

 

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging (unless defective)

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

LaserInk reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item shows signs of misuse, modification, or physical damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.

 

Shipping Costs

  • For defective or damaged products: LaserInk covers all shipping costs (return and replacement).

  • For all other cases: The customer is responsible for any shipping costs.

 

Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

California Law Compliance

This policy complies with California Civil Code §1723, which requires retailers that do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits to clearly post their policy before purchase.
